My site is active and I am able to see the files at files.000webhost.com. Yet when I tried to log in to my account to manage the site generally (unrelated to files) from https://www.000webhost.com/, it acted like I didn’t have an account. I was trying to reach Support for another issue, so in desperation, I clicked “Sign Up” and created a whole new account. So now there is an account, but with no sites. How can I access to my actual pre-existing account please?
