My parked domain is taking to long to be linked

I bought a .com domain name from Stomerhost for my website stemlabafrik
I have changed the nameservers and followed all the procedures in parking and linking a custom domain.

I did this about 3 days ago but my current website (stemlabafrik with 000webhost domain) is not linked to stemlabafrik.com yet.
I think It’s taking too long to respond. Kindly help me please

Attached is a screenshot of what appears on the website

Thank you

Your custom domain loads fine for me.

Ensure you’ve updated the WordPress URL

Yes it loads fine but what appears on the page is not the website i built

Where did you build the website using a site builder or WordPress?

Okay
I think I have not done this.
I am trying it out now

@ Infinity kindly advice on what to do

If you use the reset option to erase the WordPress install you’ve completed then upload your site again?

Please where do i find the reset option

On the left side bar settings and general or settings again and scroll all the way down and reset, apologies

How can I reset my account?

How can I reload / cleanup my account ?

You can do this by using going to member’ area ‘Manage Website’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’ -> ‘Reset website’ function. We have created this unique function for the needs of our clients. It will not only restore your account to the defaults, but it will also fix common problems with public_html folder.

Wont all my data be lost sir?

@Infinity please is there a way i can upload folders

@Infinity
And also is there a way i can re-upload what i have already uploaded online without uploading from my pc.
Kindly advice on this please.

No sorry if you’ve got the files locally you’ll need to upload

Okay Thank You.
But does it mean my website will now take the custom domain name now instead of the .000webhostapp.com domain?

Yes your custom domain will be used instead.

@Infinity Many thanks.
My website is up and running now
