I guess the reason was you exceeded the free plan limits.
Websites are deleted after ~3 months of suspension.
The site was working perfectly a week ago. I think if the site was working fine a week ago, it was not suspended
Your website exceeded the free plan limits and was suspended, after a month if no appeal then websites are deleted to conserve storage space.
2019-05-17 00:04:52 it was deleted so it was suspended 1 month before this date.
000webhostappURL(s) can’t be re-used after being deleted unfortunately your best bet is just to create a new application name as they don’t need to be unique looking you can park a domain against it etc
There is no data available for us to restore as the free plan doesn’t keep backups sorry.
