if your site is running WordPress or any script that utilizes database please look for the rate limiting thread on the forum

too many plugins or a heavy theme all render your site to face an endless loading screen once the request limit has been reached and after a while this will cool down and your site will load again removing excessively heavy plugins or themes should resolve this
