My website domain is blacklisted again?

Trying to park my website domain to one I purchased ages ago and 000webhost tells me it’s blacklisted. This is not the first time, but I need it regardless…

New Domain:

lloydalyon.com

I think the domain was .online last time? I have this time whitelisted the new .com domain.
