My website is Archived and not able to be reactive it

PLEASE HELP me to un-archive my website.
Its been already for two weeks being archived and I tried so many time to unarchive it.
but nothing has been changed after clicking the reactivating button on the panel. I wait for two weeks.

I’ve created a ticket with a developer to manually resolve this, there is no timescale currently.
Ignore any suspension emails you get in the meantime.
