My website is not accessible when www is used in domain

hello i could not find any solution that’s why i am posting here. i am using cloudflare and my website is accessible via domain https://yunusgibi.tk but not via https://www.yunusgibi.tk I dont know why. Can you help me figure out the issue ? My website is https://theyunus.000webhostapp.com/

Hi !

  1. Go to Cloudflare cPanel > DNS and disable the orange clouds.
  2. Go to 000webhost cPanel > Set web address > Add domain > Point
  3. Enable the orange clouds again

Clear your browser cache, flush your DNS and try again. This should fix the issue :slight_smile:
