MySQL extension missing from PHP

I just finished migrating my site to the new cpanel. After re-uploading the files, when I visit the website, I get and error that says MySQL extension missing from your host's PHP installation Some quick googling showed that this is almost always caused by the mysql option extension=php_mysql.dll being commented in the php.ini file. As far as I know this is not something I have access to.

@Hephaestos What is your domain/website name??
Downgrade your Php version to 5.4, see if this helps?

The domain is ceivillarica.000webhostapp.com. I changed the php version to 5.4 and don’t get the error anymore, but I can’t log in to PHPMyAdmin. I’m not sure if this is related. When I try to go to it, I just get the chrome Your connection was interrupted error. Any ideas why this might be?

Yes, MySQL Database Manager system is currently down. Admins are already working on fixing it.

Please try again after a while, and consider checking this page from time to time.

We are sorry for inconvenience

@Hephaestos I see your website is working fine now.

PhpMyAdmin issue is fixed now
