Mysql maximum number of connexions

Hi,
I’m looking for a web hosting solution for a (real-time chat) project that require mysql access from a php page.
What is the maximum number of parallel connexions to the mysql database for the free and paid offers ?

Usually this is limited, but I cannot find the information on the web site.
Unrestricted access might mean that there are no limits, but I think I saw some posts with users having some connection limit reached errors.

Hello! Database limits for free plans are explained below:

I believe you will not be able to host your chat application on the free platform.
