We updated these name servers in Namecheap 3 days ago - still not updated for the domain, any suggestions?

As I can see it is correctly has been set: https://intodns.com/bicevidaseguros.website
However, the domain seems to be not attached to the specific site on 000Webhost.
Could you please tell me your 000webhostapp address?
While you did update your nameservers you didn’t actually link your domain to 000webhost in the panel correctly or if you did add it then it didn’t detect the nameservers in the time window it has and it removed itself.
