I clicked the “Repair” button during the issue that occurred here:
And while my site is back up and running, my FTP server is now showing as blank and empty, even though my site is back up and running. Where are these pages/images pointing? I need access to that server again!

I’ve asked developers to resolve this it would appear your site has come unlinked, I’ve created a test.php in your “new file manager” and when attempting to view we get a 404, hence I need a developer to relink your files to your URL.
It may take a small amount of time (sometimes a long time days), in a few hours try using the repair tool once again to see if this restores it.
Repair has been used, will wait a few more hours before I check again.
Whatever was done, it worked. Thanks so much. I now have access to the FTP again. This is a lifesaver.
