My New website neurotherapydoctor . com neurotherapydoctor9 . 000webhostapp . com is facing issues

List of issues I am facing are

  1. 502 Bad Gateway nginx

  2. The domain neurotherapydoctor . com is no longer parked by GoDaddy.

  3. This site can’t be reached, The webpage at neurotherapydoctor . com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

  4. “This Web page is parked FREE, courtesy of GoDaddy . com”.

Pls can somebody help me

When I try to open the site url, I jst checked and I just saw “This Web page is parked FREE, courtesy of GoDaddy . com”.

Pls tell me what is that I need to do to remove the error

Change your nameservers to

NS01.000WEBHOST.COM
NS02.000WEBHOST.COM

This is the DNS page on Godaddy , which I updated in morning, it already has the nameserver updated

Remove all other NSs

The other two NS’s are from godaaddy and they are not editable

Then try pointing it using CNAME records.

I checked with Godaddy and they are asking me to update A with IP address, PLs can you suggest what should be IP address for the website

I got it resolved, now website opens good.

Now another problem is that when I updatesomething on wordpress cpanel and hit save, the wordpress cpanel goes blank.

Any help?

HI @neurotherapydoctor

You can’t use IP addresses with 000webhost. It doesn’t provide static IPs as it is a free host. Anyway, you can upgrade to premium or use CNAME records

How to use them…
Add followinf two records in godaddy’s DNS section.

Type CNAME
Name @
Value yoursite.000webhostapp.com (replace yoursite with your actual site name)

Type CNAME
Name www
Value yoursite.000webhostapp.com

Remove all other records

I did that alraedy and it is working fine

If still not working for you, try clearing your browser cache and data.

Wordpress is not updating the changes and when I hit save screen goes blank

When I try logging into wordpress I get ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

Log in to File Manager, then Go to >> Wp-content >> plugins >> and delete or rename the last plugin you installed.
This should solve your issue.
