No link to reset password on the e-mail

Good afternoon.

Yesterday I created my account and I worked creating a data base and a web page but today my session expired y I couldn’t login again.

I’ve tried to reset my password but the e-mail add a message without a link to reset it. This is how the a-mail showed:

Anyway, I’ve been trying to remember my password but on the login page said my account wasn’t a valid one so I created an account again but I logged out to try the log in and It is telling me that my password or my account are not valid.

So I don’t know what is happening or what I have to do to log in my account and do what I did yesterday without missing it the next time my session expires.

¿Can you help me please?

Can you confirm you still need a reset email and I can do this for you?
I only ask as I can see a successful login today.

Thanks for helping me.

I created my account again and I’m seeing my files. All of them and the database are still in my account.

I’ve tried login in https://www.000webhost.com/cpanel-login again

And now I can access =)

Then, the password reset is not neccessary now.
