Hola, estoy intentando subir un archivo para probar y me dice esto:
File(s) index.html failed to load:
ftp_put(): Can’t open that file: Disk quota exceeded
A que es debido?
It means you have too many file uploaded.
I have deleted all files but now it shows me this error:
Application error
An error occurred in the website and your page could not be displayed. If you are the website owner, check your logs for details.
Well if you deleted ALL OF YOUR FILES then most likely this error will appear because there are no files to render.
What is your URL as it is missing from the original post
So yeah you’ve got only .htaccess file in your public_html folder.
I removed the bad code from .htaccess and the directory listing shows now.

Could you tell me why I can´t install Prestashop? I’ve been all day and I do not get anything. It shows me an Disk quota exceeded error, you can see that there’re nothing in my website.
Well the thing with Prestashop is it contains A LOT of files, our inodes/storage limit will be reached during the upload no doubt.
If Prestashop didn’t have so many tiny files then you could run it fine, unfortunately you’ll have to seek other free hosting.
