I am not able to receive Reset password link. I mailed in March also. My website is down since so many months. I want to know the reason but can’t login to my account

And my account is with 000webhost not with hostinger separately.

Like I said it was deleted for user inactivity.
You as a free learner are responsible for taking regular backups and logging into 000webhost.com control panel once per month to avoid deletion.
