Not able to login to 000webhost

I have not logged into my 000wehhost account in a while and I forgot my login details.
I opened the account with the email emma.m@momartzm.com. I no longer use the email address, but I still need access to my data (sites and email).

Is there any other way of getting access to my account?

I would really appreciate your assistance.
