Your website was system suspended for exceeding the free plan limits and excessive server usage.
This is your one and only warning, backup your content now if you don’t have a recent backup.
If you are suspended in the future for any reason at all you will only be able to upgrade to Hostinger to continue and recover files.

The block lasts forever, which is why I’ve removed it - read the above - this is your only warning if you trigger the suspension in the future you’ll need to upgrade - so take a backup now.
I can’t backup my files now, it says “sleeping” status!
I’ve lifted the suspension off. Could you try now

But have a problem and can’t access panel site : “An internal error occurred. Our developers have already been notified.”
Just wait it out as the error suggests developers have been informed.
