I paid money for not to sleep and for domain as well. But I still have trouble with sleeping. And, by the way, how long does that sleeping last? It means to me that it’s too long during the day.

Since you have bought the paid plan please contact Hostinger Support and ask them to migrate your data to the new servers. After that you’ll manage to login to the new cPanel:
