Try clearing your history, browser data, cache DNS etc.

I have tried everything you said i can confirm my website works outside of my house as i tried it using https://eu6.proxysite.com/process.php?d=joV9ukqZE0tEht7TQRnVm8o%3D&b=1&f=norefer but it does not work with in my house if that makes any sense

Please restart the devices from which you attempt to browse the website. Restart your router as well.
If this does not solve the problem please turn off all your firewalls. Turn off your router firewall (if you have any).
In addition, what exact error do you receive? Please screenshot it.
