If you’ve not logged into our panel for 3 months, account and websites are deleted.
It’s possible to restored the site? Because my backup its years old. The name is http://www.harmony-candles.com/ I don’t know which URL do you need.
Free users are assigned a free subdomain like Pavel.000webhostapp.com upon signup, then they park their custom domain like harmony-candles.com on top, but the free subdomain is still the main domain we use to lookup users and your custom domain doesn’t bring any results which would suggest to me your site was deleted due to inactivity.
It’s is possible to restored the site?
We don’t keep backups on the free plan sadly.
