Paypal API is not being recognise

Hi there

My website is https://artesaniasangel.000webhostapp.com/ My script which contains the API of PayPal is not working at all is not even showing the Paypal button in the localhost it works perfectly, is like is not recognizing my script. see the attached screenshot

I assume PayPal might be blocking 000webhost websites due to its free nature (making it easier for hackers and scammers to scam using PayPal).
