PhpMyAdmin Cannot log in to the MySQL server

I am worried alot for the last 2 weeks.
I am crying where I entrapped. please help community or customer support. please help me, please.
I am getting an error when I click on manage database and then on PHPMyAdmin, it does not allow me to automatically login. it says
Cannot log in to the MySQL server
mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1045): ProxySQL Error: Access denied for user ‘id10822322_food_arslan’@‘2a02:4780:bad:c0de::19’ (using password: YES)

I can see that database is working fine?

Please login to our control panel, Manage, choose a new password - wait five minutes then try to login?
