Pictures and buttons change position when the website is loaded - help

I have fixed some images and buttons on one of my website pages (built using the webhost site builder, layout is automatic and responsive).

They look fine when I look at the page in “Build a website” but when I look at the actual website the images and buttons change position sometimes much more than the example here. Switching to the Beta- automatic layout doesn’t see to improve things.

Also when I change screen resolution some, not all, of the images suddenly change size.

Also If I change screen resolution the pictures vary randomly in size. The screen shots below show what is happening

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

The builder is still in beta so features may not work the way they should.

Your site looks good in the browser though no?

You could always try out WordPress to see if you could customize that better to your needs or even https://www.wix.com/ which is a fully released/supported platform.
