At least there should be some prior notifications before deleting my account. I was not aware of this rule of logging in the account every month.
Is there a way to re-enable my account or how should I proceed to get my website up again. It will be great help if someone can guide me on this.

But how will I get the data back? where it has been backed up?
We do not keep backups it is the responsibility of the free learner as agreed upon sign-up
That means all the data I have lost. My website was on wordpress & was having lot of blogs. Can wordpress account has that?
If you had WordPress installed here it would be up to you to back it up, if you are saying you hosted directly with wordpress.com then try logging in there to see if there is any data
