I had an old account using old cpanel. Just deleted it and created a new account using new cpanel. DNS was already propagated so all I had to do was add domain name to control panel and upload old website. Problem is when I go to my website it still shows the announcement telling me to upgrade to new account. Please help! 
Clear your cache and flush your DNS.
