Problems connecting to FTP

I’m trying to connect to FTP from my site but I can not. FileZilla displays the following error:

“Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity.”
“Error: Could not connect to server.”

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Exactly the same problem, has been the same all evening.

I can not even use File Manager, it’s loading forever.

Just got in to file manager after trying for hours, just connected and uploaded a file, phew, not easy.

While FTP does not work, I will try to upload my files through File Manager, even if it takes hours. I hope they solve this problem.
