When loading my website, login or retrieving data, I get errors about connecting to the database randomly.
Also everytime I want to create a new table on the database it takes forever and it doesn’t create anything.

Please make sure your database settings are correct. Compare them with the ones from 000webhost cPanel > Manage databases.
If they are correct and you’re still encountering these issues, please read this topic.

I am getting same error: Error establishing a database connection.
And i cant change mysqladmin password: “An internal error occurred. Our developers have already been notified.”
Is there anything to do?
Did you installed Wordpress using Wordpress Installer?
Yes, site has been up from January-February and has no problems with it, now when i really needing it, people needs to attend for rally event. I have used this before also for same event.
E: last password was maded up but was similar for actual.
