I’m almost 3 days trying to log into mine and I only get this message “An unknown error occurred. Please try again.” Anyone know how to solve?

Fixed now, user replied elsewhere…
I did the password reset procedure and got this message on login.
As in the picture.
"please wait connecting to server . "
That’ll disappear soon hopefully.
Unless you’ve got a proxy or VPN you can try.
problem continue … the connection count on the server keeps restarting and nothing happens.
Temporary issue with your location I can only guess, try proxy or VPN to get around in meantime.
I’m in Brazil, what VPN do you tell me and how do I configure it?
Isn’t too bad, download, choose location, connect.
But you can maybe power cycle your home router to get new IP and hopefully it loads?
