Prompting to install Wordpress, But I have already Installed

I have already installed wordpress on my free site (https://brokode.000webhostapp.com/), and I am working on my project. But most of the time website appears to be down or if not down then wordpress installtion page appears. It works fine for small time and then again this issue happens. Any suggestions?
