So recently, I have been installing the phpbb forums and unfortunately I was unable to continue the next step since it could not connect to the database and it says: Access denied for user ‘id14020113_phpbbadmin’@‘2a02:4780:bad:f00d::7’ (using password: YES)

Try using 127.0.0.1 in place of localhost

localhost and 127.0.0.1 are identical, so if the latter didn’t work for you either, then there’s something else going on with your database credentials. If you could, try deleting your database and recreating it, then try again. Or, you could change your database password, you could’ve made a typo during creation.

I just ran a test installation and localhost worked flawlessly, I can only assume you used the wrong username/database name/password combo.
I went to test it out on your account but I see you’ve deleted your hosting account.
