Default Sleeping time is set to 00.00 hr. When I am trying to change it to 3 am in morning, sudden update button gets disabled. Please help

In the last few days, our servers got overloaded because of huge amount of customers/hosted websites, therefore we were forced to apply new policies to prevent total crash. @teodor yes this is because mistakes I hit the update button on 00:00 hr. So it is saying that. But the issue is when you change time from 00:00 hr to 03:00 hr then update button get disabled.
