Registration form with Data base connection Error 500

Hello,

I have a form which I would like to test and I have linked the form up with the config file using 000webhosts phpmyadmins $dbname $dbuser and password,

But the page gives me this

HTTP ERROR 500""

Please I need a solution

500 generally indicates a coding error
