Renewal of hosting plan

Hi,

I am Binshid from India. Planning to start a blog. I am interested in ‘single shared hosting plan’ RS 36/month only.
If I registered with this plan what will be the renewal rate further. Is it higher than the offer price or any other extra offers permitted?
