The bigger the website’s size, the longer it can take
around 2 weeks since i click restore button
is it normal?

It would appear your website isn’t being queued for restoration properly on our side, so I’ve reported the issue to our admins. They should have a look at it soon, I apologize for the wait.

I can see it still has not restored, I’ve tried restoring it a bunch of times now and suspended / removing suspension to try and trigger it into working but I can only assume there is no data available.
I have opened a ticket with developers but response time could be a few months.
You have a few choices
- delete the existing account and start again
- make a new account under a new email address and check back every few months
- use alternative hosting altogether.
can you tell me how to delete the existing account to start again?
