There are so many errors in russian version of 000webhost. I can help you to fix them if you want.
So, there are two errors on page “Website list”.
Instead of “заархивироваННо” it must be “заархивирован” or “заархивировано”. Just rules of russian language.
And there is a button, which creates new website: “Создать новый сайт” - it climbs out of border.
