I get a message that my site was archived, When I login to reactivate it, I do not see an option to reset the archive feature. The sites do not appear under “My Websites.” The site I am trying to reactivate is mywebsiteguy.000webhostapp.com

That website was deleted for inactivity.
The last page to show before a site is deleted remains, that is why the archived page is showing still.
Since your account was inactive the websites/account was removed, you’ll have to signup a fresh account, I can see you’ve done this 19 hours ago.
Then create a new alternative subdomain and upload your website again.
