Is 000webhost support scrypt in their php?

If this is what you are referring to, yes, 000webhost supports PHP scripts. Also, if you want, you can change the PHP version as well: 000webhost cPanel > Settings > General > Change PHP version 
Ohh, this is a hashing method. This won’t work on 000webhost, you’ll need a VPS so that you can install the scrypt libraries.
