So i registered mitchell.tk as a test for my website then ill buy domain but someone else is using mitchell.tk even tho i own it!?

It was registered here over a year ago *.tk domains tend to only register for 12 months at a time.
So I guess you’ve now got mitchell.tk now and it just happens you’ve come to host it where the previous owner hosted mitchell.tk
