Hey there. I just pointed my new domain using cname records but I’m facing some problems. I don’t want my website redirect via https or www because a certeficate is missing and my users are facing some error messages like: Connection is not private; This site’s certeficate appears to be invalid etc. I used .htaccess for forcing https to http and it worked just for chrome on my laptop. When I try to open the link from instagram or mobile safari, chrome etc it’s giving me the same error. My domain is: petritsuli.com. Let’s hope it’s going to be fixed as soon as possible.
We provide free HTTPS/SSL for our subdomain only 000webhostapp.
Free users would be best upgrading to Hostinger if they wanted to totally secure their connection using SSL/HTTPS with a custom domain.
There is a workaround using CloudFlare but it is not totally secure.
