@moonyuyangzhou now try to add “bluezone.netau.net”… on the new panel.

Then Go to “Set Web Address” – “Add Domain” – “Free Sub Domain” – Type “bluezone” and select “netau.net” from the drop down.

what is your free subdomain domain name you’re trying to link??
What is your new verified email address on the new panel??
And what is your email id on the old panel??

Please help me too! I have the same probleme, and I can’t solve it according to your previous posts. :cry:
I have deleted my old site and profile, and make a new one with another email (liritbarnave@yahoo.com) on the new platform, but I can’t use my old subdomain, altough I would really like to.
My site was liritbarnave.comoj.com, and my old email was bunny004@freemail.hu.

Try now to add… "lcdistribuidora.site40.net"
Go to “Set Web Address” – “Add Domain” – “Free Sub Domain” – Type “lcdistribuidora” and select “site40.net” from the drop down.

Im not actually having issues with the email, I changed my email fine, the thing i am having problem is “This subdomain is already taken”.

So what is your old panel email, new panel email and subdomain that is taken?

Have you backed up your old site, deleted your old site, deleted your old profile, logged into the new panel with the same email as the old panel and added your subdomain back?

subdomains im trying to take:
