Trouble with finding tables in db

I finished yesterday and my queries were working, I got up this morning and they are not!!!

I keep getting this error and no matter which table I try I still get the same one.
Unknown table ‘v_quiz1’ in information_schema

Any ideas or is there a problem with the system?

and also why do I keep getting this warning on every page that I try to start a session
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent
I was taught that you need the session_start(); on every page
