Trying to migrate my page

Hi

I am trying to migrate my page, and I am following the instructions, and stumbling across the 1st hurdle.
I am logged in on my account and I am getting the generic screen with

» Domains
Subdomains
Parked Domains
Add-on Domains
Domain Tools
Website Promotion Guide

and obviously at bottom of page

Password Protect Directories
Cron Jobs
IP Deny
Manager
HotLink
Protection

Where do I find the option for Control panel?

Can you confirm which panel you currently use?

What you are looking at is the control panel “Domains, subdomains etc” use FTP to backup your site and then using the account delete option right at the bottom of the control panel, delete your account, then hit your name under customer details and delete profile
Login again and the new panel will appear…

I have been trying to back up my site, and Im getting nowhere.

Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

The strange thing is, im logged on to https://members.000webhost.com/panel using said password which couldnt be authenticated

Email is not FTP username.

Your FTP username is your website’s name without .000webhostapp.com :wink:

Oh! My mistake! I taught you were on the new cPanel…

If you login here, your username is displayed on “Account information” section :wink:

For some reason now I am unable to login…

“Log in details are not correct.”

Wtf I logged in in the first place to see the frikking message about migration, really getting annoyed now : /

Just login the way you used to to the old cPanel. Your FTP username will be displayed on “Account information” section.

not only that but I clicked on the password reset button (for some reason its not accepting the correct password) and ive been waiting for an email since last night.

Please send me a PM with your credentials from the old cPanel (right click on my avatar > Message).

Maybe I can dish things out…

Well, it’s very simple. The supplied password is incorrect.

Please go here and try resetting it using Forgot password. Please check all mail folders, including Spam.

If it doesn’t work, I will forward this issue to administrators.
