once i off then again on the ftp button. there after i am not able to to connect ftp file manager, it always redirect to member website list
will u tell us what ftp client software u were using?

The FTP loads fine for your account.
Please go to 000webhost cPanel > Settings > General > Change password and pick a password for your website.
Then try to login at https://files.000webhost.com using the website name and the chosen password of it.
If you are still having this issue today, it is because of some unknown server issues that we are investigating and fixing. Please be patient, and sorry for the inconvenience.
