I followed the instructions and set up the namespace servers with the registrar, but the domain was still not working, so I decided to remove it and try forwarding instead. However, I had set the wordpress URL to hashtagembarrassed.com, so when I try to navigate to https://hashtagembarrassed.000webhostapp.com, it essentially redirects to hashtagembarrassed.com and I get this error:
I think I just need to get back into Wordpress to change the URL back to https://hashtagembarrassed.000webhostapp.com, but I get the same error when trying to navigate to the wp-admin page. Can someone from customer support help me reset this?
Hello, thank you for the answer! I followed the steps and was able to reset it, but the issue still occurred. I decided to completely reset the website and start from scratch. Now I’m able to access the Wordpress menu and customize the site. However, when I try to load the Front Page, I get the same error- with the URL changed to the original one:
I have removed all references to hashtagembarrassed .com from the project but it still errors out. Strangely enough, if I create a new page and try to access it directly at https://hashtagembarrassed.000webhostapp .com/test, it works fine.
When I change the Front Page setting to the “test” page, I get the same error.
Any ideas what might be wrong here? I would just delete the website but don’t want to lose the 000webhost url.
