Unable to change E-Mail or password

As the title says, I’m unable to change my E-Mail and password for my account on this website from the account panel.

When I press the button to change password/change E-Mail, it says “E-Mail changed successfully”, but when I refresh the page or check my E-Mail it hasn’t changed a thing.
