Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

Reading other posts I thought this had been resolved…my access is not resolved?
Like others I haven’t changed anything?
In my settings it states the sleep is disabled for my site.
I can wait for things to be put right …no problem…I don’t know how long it’s been this way is it hours or days?
I would appreciate a few pointers as to when to expect a resolution or if I need to do something…that said I’m VERY inept as a friend put my site up originally.

I don’t really understand the error message but what I do know is the site isn’t working…on the www.000webhost link or leaving that out it’s not working on the simple site address without the www prefix either…previously it was either would work?

Thank you still down today…infinity did all the transfering for me when the servers changed in March 2017 and it worked fine since…until now???
