This has been an ongoing issue for me. I can access my files and modify them through the file manager. I can log in when I click on File manager and then Upload files now (it logs me in automatically). The issue is that when using Filezilla or SmartFTP, I get authentication errors. FTP transfer is on in the control panel and I’m using the host name and username it says to use. Also, if I go to https://files.000webhost.com/ and try to manually log in, I enter the same information I use in Filezilla and I get the same error. I’m using the same password as I do to log into the control panel but I can’t log in. This is what Filezilla says:

I’ve tried switching off FTP transfer and turning it back on but it still won’t let me log in. What am I doing wrong?
