I am no longer able to edit my website via file manager, and I cannot log in via FTP. When I log into file manager, in place of the normal edit/delete/etc buttons I see a list of permissions. Attempts to log in via SmartFTP (my preferred editing method in the past) all time out. This has been happening for the past three weeks.

This issue is still not fixed. Any timeline on when that fix might happen?
