Unble to change MX record

I purchased domain and emails from Google and added 000webhost nameserver into google domain site. But I am facing a weird issue, like If I activate website by setting up name server then only website work if I set google default then only email works.

I read out in the forum and found that needs to setup google email MX record but I am unable to access it. My domain is nautilustechlabs.com and user id: bipinvaylu. Can you please help me to figure out this issue?

Head to set web address manage domain then MX record and enter your new main record
