Good evening! I’ve uploaded my site to 000webhost.com, created a database and imported my existing sql files into it, but when I open it in a browser, I get an error. : Uncaught PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] ProxySQL Error: Access denied for user 'id19261162_arturhar'@'2a02:4780:bad:f00d::e' (using password: YES). In my local phpmyadmin server I created a new user and the problem is solved, but here I don’t know what to do, please help me.

Please use localhost as the database host.
